I decided to pop into Poundstretcher today just to see what they've got and I got this cute little stationary set for £4.99! :)

I made this scrapbook ages ago for Ali and Hasan, but I never got to finish it, so we decided to add some more stuff to it last night :)

I really can't be bothered to move, and I'm not in the best of moods now, but gotta do what you gotta do eh!

I have decided I really really REALLY want a ferret! I've always had a thing for them but recently I've just gone ferret crazy:D
They're the cutest little things, they're really intelligent, and so fun to play with!
Although we can't afford one as soon as we move out, but once we're stable I'm definitely getting one! And a kitten :)
Hopefully our flat will allow pets! :( I will be broken hearted if it doesn't!

I've wanted these since they came out and now that they're on offer I couldn't resist :)

The Earth Hour is today! Hoping everyone is going to turn off their lights for an hour at 8.30pm this evening!

I've been learning to cook with my mum recently, and since I've been so proud of myself I decided to actually take some pictures of it today! :))
I made some traditional Polish meatballs, which are made a lot differently from English ones! They're also made from pork, not beef!
It was completely and utterly delicious, and I made it all myself, from scratch! Go me :)

So I posted about this site Care2.com a while ago! It's a site where you just click every day towards certain causes, where sponsors pay a certain amount for every click! By doing the clicks, and signing petitions, you earn credits!
I just decided to spend some my credits, and it feels so good! :)

This is a really nice romantic comedy about a woman who finds out that her husband has been cheating on her, and then moves to a city to start her life again. She falls for a young guy who she has hired as her babysitter! It was a really lovely film, and it had me smiling pretty much throughout! :)
Although I have to say, they could have did the ending a lot better, because I was like whatt?! when the film finished! Other than that it's a brilliant film, especially for people who love romance! ♥

Cutest cat ever? :) We took these pictures of Ali and Hasan's cat when we got back from Sheffield! She's so cute I could eat her! :)

So on the last day we had to get up quite early, because we had to pack all our stuff and then go for the flat meeting!
We went to see the flat we were interested in, and I loved it :( I love the area and the flats and just everything about it!



After that we had like 8 hours to kill before our train back home, so we went to Nando's to eat because I left the map which showed where some nice restaurant I wanted to go to was, and had a lovely meal! After that we decided to go visit the Botanical Gardens ! They were sooo amazing, I could have spent the whole day there.. (and we did spend ages there..)

After that we got quite cold, so we decided to go have some coffee in Starbucks! But it was so packed out, we just walked around till we found a nice cafe around the corner! After that we went to a few different cafes just to kill time! Found a museum on the way aswell so popped in there too! Was really lovely :)





We just walked around that part of the city after because we hadn't really seen it before, and it was so beautiful! Random fountains and beautiful things all around!




Once it started to get a bit later, we made our way to the train station! And to be honest, even the train station is so beautiful! It felt awful to come back to boring old London! Can't wait to go back to Sheffield! :)

Long 3 hour ride home...

So after we chilled for a bit and had the lovely KFC meal, we got ready and went to the bar downstairs! I curled my hair which I haven't done in agesss which was nice!





The bar was really nice and had a very olden feel to it just like the rest of the hotel! Although the drinks were quite expensive!




After that we just went back to the hotel and chilled then went bed! :)

We woke up early the next day and had to try and find my uni! I had loads of maps and stuff printed but it seemed so confusing we decided to take a tram instead! Funnily enough, after a few stops I realised we were on the wrong tram and going the wrong way! So that set us back a bit... But we found it after all! (Although, later on we found that we could have walked there in like 10 minutes! :()
We went around for a campus tour, which was amazing, we went into the Student Union and it was so huge and had so many lovely things in it I fell in love all over again :)
After that we went to the lecture about Psychology, which was good too, I found out that I'm gonna have to do 6 months of another course! I'm thinking Spanish or Philosophy?? :) Went to Starbucks afterwards because it was so cold ! Vanilla Latte is always delicious! ♥




Anyway, after that we thought we shouldn't spend so much money on hotel food again, so we decided to look for the nearest tesco or sainsburys we could find! We didn't find any and when we bumped into a friend of Ali and Hasan's from school who coincidentally goes to Sheffield Uni, he said it was quite far so we decided to go to some random supermarket instead! It was actually really good and we got loads of food and snacks! We took it back to the hotel room and had food and chilled for a bit!






We were going to go visit Meadowhall (Sheffield's massive shopping centre) but then it got quite late so we decided to just go explore instead! So then we got ready and left :)






We went around a lot of places like the Sheffield cathedral and my University at night etc. It was quite fun exploring the town especially since everything was in the area and within walkin distance! Although it was freezinggg cold and we were a bit silly and didn't take our coats! :(

After all of that we got really cold and hungry so we went to KFC on the way back and nearly ran back to the hotel to eat it! I don't think they thought we were very polite always coming in with food from the outside, but they were charging so much for food! I know I'm meant to be against KFC so I felt like a bit of a hypocrite eating it! But it felt good to have nice warm food after all of that and nothing else was open!



I'm going to post about the rest of the day and the rest of the trip tomorrow after work, because I'm really tired and have to wake up early:( Back to reality now, not happy at all! :(

So I stayed at Ali and Hasan's the day before and we packed up all our stuff which was so fun! The excitement of going and choosing what to take and stuff! Although it was really hard to fit everything for all of us into one suitcase!




The suitcase was soo heavy to carry the next day! But yeah we got up really early and rushed getting ready and making our way to Kings Cross and stuff, and then had to suffer a longg train journey with some really annoying loud woman sitting on the seats across talking to some man. I don't understand how people can be so rude! But anyway, we found our way to the hotel quite quickly. The hotel was gorgeous! Loved it all!







We were all really tired though from the whole journey and getting up early, especially since we went bed quite late the night before, so then just decided to spend the rest of the day relaxing in the hotel!




We all had showers and unpacked and ordered some VERY expensive hotel food, which was ridiculous! We paid like £43 for a burger and chips, rice and meat and a 12" pizza! Although I have to be honest, the burger was the most amazing burger I've ever had! :P






After that we just chilled and talked and went on the laptop and watched Practical Magic, an amazing film that I've loved since I first saw it years and yearsss ago! :) Then we had to go bed because I had my uni tours and lectures the next day so we had to leave early!

So I'm back home now , from our lovely trip to Sheffield! It was amazing!
I'll post up some pictures and stuff soon :) just have to get them all uploaded! Hope everyone's had a great week too!:)

I've been using this product for a while now, and it's soo good! It's more of an overnight cream because it's quite thick and oily, but it smells amazing and makes your hands nice and soft :)

I kept seeing girls with brown nail varnish and thought it looked so nice I decided to buy one for myself :) Have to say, I love it!

Update: Although I love the colour, it started chipping within a few hours! The least durable nail varnish I've EVER used! :((

17 ; Tigers Eye

So the WWF has this thing, which most people should have heard of, called " Earth Hour ".
It's a pretty amazing thing I have to say!
For those of you who don't know, it's where for one hour a year, everyone is supposed to turn of all lights and electricity to stand against global warming!
It's so simple, yet does so much! Here's a video :)

So I've got this new thing now where I aim to compliment 5 random people a day:)
It feels really great, and not only makes them happy but makes you feel good too! Really simple things like " I love your nail varnish" or " Your top is soo nice" work so well to bring smiles to people's faces :)
Of course, the comments have to be real, because a lot of people can tell when it's fake!

So I saw this woman today whilst I was at work, WOMAN, not girl, and she was sooo skinny that I swear both of her legs were probably the size of ONE of mine! And I'm already skinny enough!
I have to say, it's quite annoying when people tell me how they wish they were skinny like me and stuff!
I've been trying to gain weight for a while now and it's not really working, but I would LOVE to gain one size!
But let me tell you something, you might look at me and envy me because I'm slim and have long legs and a flat stomach. Well, let me tell you , I'm there looking at you and envying you for your big boobs and bum and perfect skin, and probably 10 more other things!
I think people need to accept that you're always going to want what you can't have. But there's no need to starve yourself, or to get plastic surgery!
I understand if you're really fat and you want to lose weight, because that's understandable, but what's wrong with a size 10 or 12? Or even 14?

I personally think that's better than being like a 6 or 8! Yes models are skinny, but does this look healthy or nice? *shrugs*

I've had the most interesting day in a while... After my (very badly seriously painful) laser today, I had to sit in the room next door with ice packs on my face.. The girl who does my laser said she would come back and check on me in a bit, which she did, and then told me to wait a while longer, till about 6 which is when they finish.. so whilst I was waiting I was thinking what if they left and locked me in.. and guess what?! IT HAPPENED!
I heard the noise of the alarm being set (I know the sound because we do it in lasenza) and I was like omg! And I got my stuff and went and it was all dark and everyone was gone! As soon as I stepped into the corridor the alarms went  off! I started panicking so much! I was so ready to call the police but luckily one of the women there walked back past and saw me!
Haha, interesting times eh?
Other than that, the worst 48 hours of my life :(

I have to say I absolutely LOVE my magazines, I have so many (I'll take a picture soon!)
But I love the latest one I got yesterday, The 10th birthday issue of GLAMOUR magazine!
It comes with a choice of free gifts, I chose the Clinique moisturising lip gloss, in pink grapefruit!
:) At only £2 per issue, I think Glamour is the best women's magazine out there!

First day off in ages :) Going to see Ali and Hasan!

I cannot believe how fast time is flying by! It's already nearly mid-march, and I still haven't revised! Eek!
I've been working so much lately that yesterday at work I felt like I could sleep standing up! I swear the second I got into bed I fell asleep!
But I'm happy though, means more money! I'm so into this whole money saving thing at the moment! Because I'm so excited for Sheffield!
Here's a list of what I'm doing, that you can use to help you save money too! :)

1. Working as much as I can - overtime means extra money :)
2. Using advantage cards / loyalty cards in all the shops! - I shop a lot at Boots, so the advantage card is building up loads of points that I can later use when I need them! Same with Sainsburys, Tescos etc!
3. Selling off unwanted stuff on eBay! - It's amazing what this can do! I have so many unwanted clothes and items, and I've already sold quite a few!
4. I've downloaded the Nectar toolbar! - If you have a Nectar card with Sainsburys, you can get 200 points if you download their search toolbar, with an extra 1 point for every search you make using their search engine! (Until the end of March, after that it's 1 point per 2 searches!) Nectar points are great as they'll help us buy food and stuff :) Saving money whilst browsing the internet is great! ;)

I love cute socks, and since mine keep disappearing randomly I thought I'd buy some in the current Lasenza 3 for £7 offer :)

To be honest, I just give up now. I'm sick and tired of being the one who tries all the time. People can be so snakey its really just disguisting now. Especially girls!
Why can't you just be straight to someones face? Why lie all the time to get out of stuff?
And why ignore your so called friends when they try to talk to you, and make no effort whatsoever yourself?

All I can say is, be careful and learn to know who you can REALLY trust in your life.
And if someone seems to not care, chances are they probably don't!

I love buying DVD's :) they make me happy! I got 3 from play.com the other day and they came in the post now :)
I got one of my favourite films of all time" Practical Magic" with Nicole Kidman and Sandra Bullock. If you haven't seen this film, DEFINITELY watch it! It's just amazing!!
And then "Walk the Line" with Reese Witherspoon who I think is probably the most beautiful woman ever! (Or one of!) and "A Series of Unfortunate Events" with Jim Carrey, because I haven't seen it in a very long time :)

Yay!

I've actually been through so much, and the most important people in my life are still here :)
It makes me so happy that I've known you so long and you're still in my life!
