Went shopping yesterday for food! Got lots of snacks (probably more than actual food haha!)
Love it though, our store hasn't been this full since we first moved in and got lots of stuff from Makro with my dad!

Now I just want to watch TV all day and eat!
Got a welcome evening coming up for uni, but not really sure who's actually going to be there from my course, seeing as most people I've met aren't moving in until 17th-18th Sept! But we'll see.. free buffet too so that'll be good!

So Radha came over to our house to get ready, and then we left to go West Street to find somewhere to go.. To be honest I thought it would be hard to find somewhere, but I couldn't have been more wrong. It was so packed out full of people outside everywhere, and so many clubs and bars just full! So many promoters outside giving out leaflets and wrist bands and all sorts!
We went to a couple of bars first, and then went to Embrace night club, which actually turned out to be really amazing. I'm not usually a fan of clubs, but I actually had so much fun! They played really good music and we ended up dancing most of the time, which never happened in any clubs I went to before! Most of the time they play crappy songs I've never heard before! They had amazing strobe lights and smoke machines from the ceiling, and the guy's just don't seem as sleazy and desperate as in London!
Started to feel quite sick about 1.30am though so we came out and took a cab home! But it was a really good night :)

So yesterday we went to Meadowhall and did shopping :) Radha came down from Wales for a couple days so took the chance to spend the day with her!
We went to alot of shops, and I'm quite proud that I only bought stuff from Lush, and no other stores! Yes that is an achievement!
We had a lovely lunch at TGI Friday's, I've missed that restaurant! I swear I could eat there every day! :) The Jack Daniel's chicken is just incomparable to anything else I've ever eaten!
It was a lovely day out, but had to come back home in the evening as my parents were coming over from London to see us and bring us lots of stuff :)
Got lots of food and snacks from them, and our 2nd TV and a Sky Box =D =D Yes, feel my happiness, I am SO excited to finally have normal TV again!
Went out with Radha later on in the night, but will blog about that soon :)

On Wednesday we went to Meadowhall Shopping centre, (one of the biggest shopping centres in Europe) which is just a 20 minute tram ride away! It's really weird riding on the tram, not really used to it after living in London for all those years! I think Meadowhall is nearly as big as Westfield, as it has a similar amount of shops!
We spent a bit of time there and ended up getting McDonald's for lunch, which was a weird experience, seeing as they don't actually have seating in the restaurants, but they have a food court outside in the middle of all the restaurants where everyone sits to eat!
I wanted to go cinema but the tickets were sooo expensive we decided not to :( Hopefully the cinema right next to our house is cheaper!
After that we went around some of my Uni buildings, and then came home.
Yesterday was A-level results day, and it was the most stressful day of my life! I got up early seeing as UCAS Track was supposed to be available from 8:00am, but didn't manage to log in until about 11. It was really stressful having to wait, seeing as I couldn't even call up the college and ask for my exam result.
I didn't manage to get my place seeing as I didn't get the A I needed and was stuck with the B :( however I am still going to University of Sheffield which is all that matters really, seeing as that was the most important thing! It's such a good uni!
I'm now going to be studying Human Communications, which is a subject closely related to Psychology anyway so it has many Psychology modules. I'll have to take an extra year to get BPS accreditation but it doesn't matter!

End of summer is now approaching, and to be honest I'm really looking forward to starting uni and work again! :)



We got these really cool bead granule things for our oil burner, we saw them in a little shop in Meadowhall and decided to try them out. The smell is really strong and lasts for a really long time so I think it's better than any oils or anything!:)

I've been quite sad and have been re-reading the whole Harry Potter series (again!) recently. I'm now on the Half Blood Prince, and I've just forgotten how much I love each and every one of these books! The films just do not do them justice!
Got a new dining table from ikea the other day too, so our house is pretty much sorted :) Just thinking of getting one more sofa, and need to get rid of all the ridiculous amounts of boxes that are in the hallway!
Can't wait to finally start going out and exploring :D things like Peak District and Botanical Gardens and all of that!
Uni starts in like a month which is soo nerve wrecking too! But quite exciting :)

We ordered some lovely Domino's pizza due to Pizza Hut being a poo and actually not delivering to our post code! :( I cannot explain my love for Ben & Jerry's cookie dough ice cream. I probably could have eaten the whole tub by myself, no joke!
We've also been watching the Lost series, I miss watching it, I used to love it and for some reason I never got round to finishing it! So we started from scratch so Ali and Hasan can watch it too!

So I came down to London for a couple days :) I just went to get my eyebrows threaded (oh my god, never again!!) and then met my mum at Alina's house whilst she got her hair done. She's got a cute little hamster and I was playing with it the whole time I was there! I felt like a little kid but it made me sooo happy it was sooo adorable! I swear I always want every animal I ever see because I want a hamster now!

I had the nicest bath today :) I got lots of things from Lush before moving, because I knew I would finally have a bath :) I've never really been a big bath person, I tend to always shower, but it was so lovely, I got a Rose bud bath bomb which made the bath smell like roses! I put some candles up and read Harry Potter whilst in the bath :)
Definitely recommend it ;)

So I haven't blogged for ages because we have been moving house! :)
It's been so longgg, we've had so much to do! Packing all the last bits, getting up at 6am on Monday morning so we could pack up the van and get on our 3 hour journey here :)
I love our flat, even though we're still living half in boxes!
We've been going shopping for lots of things that we still have to get, and it's been sooo long getting all the furniture put together! (Well not really for me seeing as Ali and Hasan are doing all of it lol)
Quite a headache really but once it's all done it'll be really good :)
So I might not be updating often for a bit seeing as there's still so much to be done!

I feel like I have to write a little catch up blog because there's lots of things I haven't had time to blog about!
The other day, well on Tuesday actually, I went to meet Melissa and Sarah, after months of not seeing Melissa and probably a whole year of not seeing Sarah! It was really lovely to see them, but don't get me started on the trek there! I thought I lived far! But her house was really beautiful, it seriously made me go "wow!"
We didn't really do much we just sat and talked the whole time and then made food and then it was time for me to leave. I did initially plan to stay over but then I had to go IKEA with my dad the next morning really early!




Some other pointers to note;
-I cut my tongue rather painfully and it still hurts like 2 days later. It was right at the tip of the tongue so literally eating, drinking and speaking are all quite painful :( It kept bleeding, it seriously made me question (even more) the people who actually get their tongues VOLUNTARILY pierced.

-I suffered a mini-heart attack today. I'm not even joking, I've never felt my heart beat that fast, and it actually hurt! I started crying :( I was sitting on my chair minding my own business and packing some decorations in newspaper, when a big fat disguisting hairy black spider popped out from nowhere and started legging it towards me! You can't imagine the screams that came out of my mouth screaming whilst I jumped up onto my chair! My mum came to my rescue, but it took me a good 5 minutes before my heart rate slowed down!

I also watched the Harry potter premiere live on youtube, and it broke my heart!
I was soo sad I actually cried. It was so emotional. Everyone gave speeches at the end and most of them cried :( I can't believe Harry Potter is over now, I've loved it from day 1, and I'm currently re-reading the last book for like the millionth time! It was also very nostalgic as I've been to two premieres now (although one we left just before the whole thing started, after waiting for like 12 hours!) and I had my heart truly set on going to this one!
Although I guess it is good we didn't go seeing as people waited from like 6 days before! Crazy, but understandable as I would probably have done that if I had someone to do it with! Noones as Potter-crazy as me though! lol!

A little late posting this up, but thank you so much for everyone who voted for me in the Next Model Competition!
I have made it through to the finals, :) I'm SO excited!
Will be really fun, and I don't actually think I have a chance of winning next to all the gorgeous girls who are going to be there, but I'm so excited for the experience :)

My house / room is not in a very great state at the moment! I'm actually quite fed up of packing now to be honest, I feel like I've packed like 394584958495843  boxes :(

Ahh I'm going insane just thinking about all the things I have to do in the next couple of weeks, it's going to be quiet hectic! Hopefully I can still get some time to myself to relax!
I'm quite excited to read the new books I got recently, but I have a feeling I won't get to do that until we move!
I'm finally back home, after over a week of being away!
We ate sooo much crap in the last week that it felt so good to have a proper dinner just now! We had like 3 kebabs, after over 6 months of not having any! I think this has been the first time I actually kept a new years resolution for this long though!
Played TONS of Mortal Kombat 9, I love that game, although mostly it's Ali and Hasan playing since I'm so rubbish...But one day soon I will get so good netiher of them will beat me ;)

We saw lots of houses in Sheffield, and we bumped into one of our friend's who lives there, which was really good
and thanks to him we didn't end up taking a house in a bad area!
We found a place on the last day, which was actually so lucky, but I couldn't be happier :)
We had lots of fun and I'm really glad I'm lucky enough to have them in my life supporting me!

My parents have just bought us lots of things already, like coffee table and lots of kitchen stuff like glasses and all that stuff which was really lovely of them :)

Going to do some more big shopping tomorrow!

So my birthday was on Monday the 20th June and all day I had to revise for my exam the next morning.
I was really scared but it's over now although it didn't go as great as I thought it would. There was only 2 people in the exam place which was a bit weird.

On the bright side, I can now relax and do loads of fun stuff! These are some of my plans

I'm not too sure what I will be doing for my birthday yet, I'm still organizing it! I'm hoping to see everyone before I leave for Sheffield!

I'm really excited for all the presents I've got! I will post up pictures soon :D
